> Minnesota Twins 4, Detroit Tigers 2 - final

The Tigers were done in by a four-run rally in the bottom of the fifth inning.  The Twins had a 4-0 lead at the end of the rally, and the Tigers only scored two runs in the game.

In the bottom of the fifth, Byron Buxton walked, Austin Martin walked, Luke Keaschall singled to drive in Mr. Buxton, Ryan Jeffers doubled to drive in Mr. Martin and Mr. Keaschall, and Josh Bell doubled to drive in Mr. Jeffers.

In the top of the seventh, Spencer Torkelson singled, went to second on a single by Parker Meadows, went to third on a fly ball by Jahmai Jones, and scored on a single by Kevin McGonigle.

Javy Baez led off the top of the ninth with a double, and scored on a double by Kevin McGonigle.

The series continues tonight and tomorrow afternoon.
