2027 schedule released

Highlights:

• The season opens with the White Sox and Guardians at home. Opening Day itself is Thursday, March 25th. The series against CWS continues on Saturday, with Friday open in case opening day gets rained/snowed/colded out.

• First road trip of the year is to BAL and PHI.

• Season ends at CWS and Minnesota. Last day of the season is 9/26.

• Home season finale series is against the Athletics 9/17-19.

• Back-to-back home series against the two NY teams in mid-April.

• First west coast trip is the Dodgers and Rockies in early May.

• Longest homestand and road trip are each nine games. The road trip is LAA/Athletics/Seattle in mid-August. How fun playing a series in Sacramento in mid-August. The homestand 6/11-20.

• Interested in a holiday at the park? That first series of the year ends on Easter and the Twins come to Detroit for Memorial Day, and the Jays for Juneteenth. The Tigers are on the road for Independence Day and Labor Day.

The real highlight may be if we actually have any games in 2027.
