This game was a pitcher's duel through the first nine innings.  The Blue Jays won it in the tenth.

The Tigers scored their only run of the game in the bottom of the sixth, when Matt Vierling hit a solo homer with two outs.

Yohendrick Pinago hit a home run leading off the top of the seventh.

In the top of the tenth, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was placed on second base, and scored on a single by Daulton Varsho.

In the bottom of the tenth, Zack Short was placed on second base, but did not score.

The Tigers lost again on Sunday and on Monday.
