The inaugural meeting of the Ann Arbor Scala Enthusiasts will be held over at SRT Solutions on January 16 at 6 pm.  Josh Suereth of TypeSafe will be discussing "Functional programming patterns for the Asynchronous Web".  Bruce Eckel, noted Java and Scala author will also be attending the meeting as well.
