Forevery credit you register for, we charge a tuition fee and a college service fee. The cost-per-credit depends on multiple factors including whether you take day, D/D, or evening courses and your residency status. Tuition and the college service fee do not comprise the entirety of your bill; other fees apply. See Miscellaneous and Special Course/Program Fees below. The College offers no reduction in tuition and fees for auditing a course.
Additional fees shown in the following table may be included on your bill for specific programs or courses. Some programs may also require equipment, supplies, or other expenses related to the cost of running the courses within that program. All health occupation students are required to carry College-approved professional liability insurance (information about this charge can be obtained from the Health Occupations Department).
Each year our parish finance committee creates a budget for the entire parish, including the school. This committee strives to keep tuition affordable while remaining responsible to the parish, which so generously provides about 50 percent of our operating costs. We understand that paying Catholic school tuition may be a struggle for some families with our country's current economic struggles. It is our goal to provide a Catholic Education to all families who desire one for their children. To that end, we do provide some financial aid for struggling families.
This merit-based scholarship is available to underrepresented students of color (Black/African American or Latinx/Hispanic) who have demonstrated leadership, academic achievement, and involvement in extracurricular activities. Awards will vary, but recipients may receive up to the full cost of tuition, as well as additional expenses for books, trips, and technology.
In order to have Saratoga County pay for a portion of his or her community college tuition, a student must obtain a Certificate of Residence and submit it to the college. A Certificate is valid for one year. Please call ahead because the process to receive a Certificate of Residency changes, depending on the time of year.
The Town Clerk is an official conservation license issuing agent. We offer the easiest and quickest way to receive your licenses and tags immediately. Annual hunting licenses and privileges are valid from September 1st through August 31st each year. Fishing licenses are valid for 365 days from date of purchase.
You can also make a payment anywhere you can connect to the internet by using an e-check or credit/debit card. Online credit/debit card payments are subject to a convenience fee which will be presented to you before you submit your payment. In addition to an electronic check, the acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
You must be paid in full of prior past due balance(s) to have eligibility for the Saint Joseph's Payment Plan. If you have a past due balance on your account, you will be ineligible to utilize the Payment Plan until the past due balance(s) have been paid in full. Saint Joseph's Payment Plan cannot be used to pay for a past due balance. If you have a past due balance on your account and need assistance, please contact Student Financial Services.
Saint Joseph's University will review the payment and account history of each student requesting a Payment Plan. We reserve the right to reject a Payment Plan request if the student has prior history of non/delinquent payment.
Saint Joseph's University offers a tuition payment plan for you to pay your tuition bill. The tuition payment plan is an interest-free option to spread your tuition bill payment over several months. The plan will allow you to break down your tuition bill into easy-to-manage installments. Although the payment plan is interest free, there is a $40 non-refundable, set-up fee.
529 Plans are offered to help students and families save for education. These plans are tax-advantaged and are authorized by Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code. The state of Pennsylvania offers two types of 529 Plans- Guaranteed Savings Plan and an Investment Plan.
These plans allow participants to pre-purchase future tuition at a predetermined rate today. Contact your plan administrator for instructions on accessing the funds in your plan. If you must submit a copy of your Tuition Statement, follow these steps:
College savings plans are different in that your account earnings are based upon the market performance of the underlying investments, which typically consist of mutual funds. Savings plans may only be administered by states.

Greenhill has partnered with FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition and fees. The FACTS program offers you a customized, convenient, and secure online payment experience. All Greenhill families are required to set up a FACTS account at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment.
The board agreed to continue offering families a rate of 40% of the average cost calculated by the Department of Education. Therefore, the rate for a family to tuition a student into ConVal is currently set at $6,975.00 for the 2017/2018 school year. Transportation is the responsibility of the family.
GFA is committed to supporting your family while you are a student at GFA. In order to effectively do this, we ask your family to apply for the financial aid grant every year. Unless your financial circumstances have changed, you will likely receive the grant the following year.
The family has five children. Two of the children attend college, one is applying to ninth grade and there are two younger siblings in public school. One parent is employed as a business executive and earns $500,000; the other parent is self-employed and earns $40,000. The children attending college will be required to pay $102,000 after their financial aid grant and scholarships are applied to the tuition.
The family is applying to seventh and tenth grades. The parents are divorced. One parent is a regional manager for a local pharmaceutical company and earns $325,000. The other parent has recently remarried, works as an educator, and earns $34,000. The parents have shared custody. Both children are involved in extracurricular activities with fees averaging $5,000.
FY2025 Virtual School Tuition Rate Inflation
This memorandum informs the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Virtual Schools (CMVS) and sending districts about the fiscal year 2025 (FY2025) base tuition rate, which has been adjusted from FY2024 to reflect inflation. The CMVS tuition rate does not change over the course of the year.
The Massachusetts Virtual School Financial Dashboard is an easy-to-understand visual snapshot of a school's potential financial risk over a 5-year period using standard financial indicators. It also includes audit information as well as other financial highlights. The dashboard is aligned with the financial criteria described in the Virtual School Performance Criteria. The data in the MA Virtual School Financial Dashboard is derived from the Virtual School End of Year Financial Reports (VSEOYFR) and independent financial audits submitted annually by each virtual school. This tool is updated periodically.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available to students who qualify. Applicants applying for financial aid must first apply for an FSA ID and password. Instructions on creating your FSA ID are available here: -id/create-account/.
Private lessons are scheduled in half-hour increments. Students are scheduled into a regluar, repeating time slot. Once a student is scheduled for a particular day and time, that time will bereserved for that student each week. Lessons are tailored to your level of experience. Payments for lessons are paid monthly, by credit or debit card, checks, cash or paypal.
There will be two one-week tuition discounts allowed in a six-month period for pre-scheduled vacations. If your vacation will be more than two weeks, please make advanced arrangements to be workedout through the store or instructor. During the peak season (September - April), it may be harder to schedule make-up lessons.
The instructor will do everything possible to make your lessons as interesting and rewarding as they can be. In order to make the lesson time meaningful to all students, the instructor will keepas closely as possible to the scheduled lesson time.
At Camp Kee-wanee, we believe in making our inclusive, arts-focused summer camp accessible to families of all backgrounds. In support of this vision, we offer a sibling discount for families enrolling more than one camper and a further discount for those who choose to pay the tuition in full at the time of enrollment.
