Want to stop getting emails about this group

Hi I subscribed or whatever to get updates on this googlegroup a while ago and I was wondering if there was a way to get off of it. This has been clogging my email up for the past 5 months or so and it is driving me crazy. I tried everything i could think of to stop it and nothing will work. It is about to make me have to change my email which I have not done in like 6 years now.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

On the right there is a link named "Edit my membership" press it.
Then somewhere near the midle there is a button with "Unsubscribe" on
it, press that button and you'll be unsubscribed from this group.
