I am attaching the modified presentation here as the fonts are getting corrupted when uploading to google drive.  I kept the background but changed the text and position of the icons.

The slide that talks about life threatening position is not practical as it is described in there.  If they ask any questions on how you do it, I am not sure you can give a good answer.  We need to change it.
