towards a more convenient way to contribute to the Des Moines Cross
Country Ski Club. Online sponsorship has opened on Active.com.

The following is what your sponsorship dollars will go toward:

Trail Tenderizer: $2,195 (purchased by City of WDM)
Roller: $1,295
Tracksetter: $675
Snowmobile: $4,000-$10,000 (depending on new or used - the decision
will be made based on available funding)

West Des Moines Parks and Rec has been hard at work prepping trails
for snowfall. The trail network is going to be phenomenal...even more
trail than we originally expected! If you have a chance to make it
out to Raccoon River, make you check out the trails, east and north of
the dog park as well around the soccer fields on the west side of the
cinder track. Also, make sure to join us on Saturday, Dec. 6 at the
Raccoon River Nature Lodge for our Holiday Extravagaza. To view the
