Badminton Schedule Changes - No game today.

[Des Moines Badminton Group]

Hello everyone,

Suddenly and unexpectedly 7 flags took over our schedules and scheduled another group for Basketball from Monday to Thursday till 9 PM from today to Dec, 13th.

We will still able to play on Friday.  I am trying to find out time for Saturday and Sunday if possible.

Please don't make any individual communications to the 7 Flags. 

I will ask for not to charge for a month, also ask for another free month.

Subject: Basketball Room -- update as we discussed 

Per our previous discussion all requests we taken into consideration and effective today The basketball Room is rented November 12th on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This is for a limited time; the badminton group can work on fundamentals in the tire room and start playing at 9:05 shortly thereafter.  This will end on December 13th.  Please help inform the groups through this transition so we can make this a smooth change.  We understand you do not agree with this temporary change it we ask for any questions or discussions be funneled through you, we do not want any of the Badminton individual’s discussing this change with the group renting the Basketball room.  All of the Badminton participant’s have a complete 7 flags membership and we have not been charging rent for the Badminton Room please respects this decision. 

Your cooperation is very much needed to circulate this information to the badminton participant’s.

I just came back from there,and also couple Indian friends are over
there. I told them to cancel my member ship immediately, the front
desk guy said he is not able to do that for me. I am tired of 7 flag,
it is time for us to leave. There are always some other groups to take
our regular schedule, may be it is succor or volleyball after
basketball, who knows!
Let's find somewhere else to play.

This is ridiculous,  and we got email like same day and like after 5pm???

Can we rent this court?
It seems like renting the court always get the first priority. Why not
we all quite membership and rent this court. We only rent it Mon, Wed
and Fri, and only the last two hours for the day. I would rather they
charge us like a tennis player but take a full supply about badminton
equitement that include idea lighting conditation like tennies court.
