Auto Feeders feed double on second part or other times

to Desktop-SMT owners (OpenPNP)
Following the setup instructions the Actuators for the feeders are set "In place detection" for "Feed" and "Tape Advance" for "Post Pick"
It's the "In place detection" that causes the extra feed. Change this to blank
