If you are suffering from any disease, the doctor has to identify the bad parts, or bacteria causing the disease and should remove it to be healthy. In order to feel anything you need strength, strong body, strong mind and a healthy society.Jihadi Muslims, missionary mafia, secular bastards are eating away and tinkering with our harmonious life for a long time. It is the duty, responsibility and obligation of every Hindu to identify these miscreants and psychological warfare agents and eliminate them. We need to identify our distractors, saboteurs, criminal elemnts  and for that we need to identify them. Strength for any task, to withstand any pressure to find solution to any problem we need strong mind and healthy body. We expend all our energy, wearing ourselves down when we fail to identify the source of our weakness. We have the chance to recover our nation, get rid of Jihadi terrorists and conversion gang when have greater awareness of our past, present predicament when we are willing to flex our muscles. Our strength increases as we flex our muscles. The more we turn to that greater power, the more available that source of strength becomes. Identify with our Hindu dharma and we will learn our power and it will enable us to circumvent the difficulties in our lives. Get rid of the scums and agents provocateurs. Free at last; we become free at last to feel the real joy of living in peace, prosperity and harmony.

Subject: Desiyatra Too many bad words by many of us
To: desi...@googlegroups.com

Namaste.

On Hindu-Muslims:
I read too much of bad words against each -other.

Looks like, those who advocate for Hindu and Abuse Muslims are basically more bad. Hindu.  A good Hindu does not say bad about others without any reason. So according to yourself, You are more Muslim than Hindu.

Muslims! why not you have positive message instead of "Two eye for one "? I am reading many craps and no positive message. Some message complains "It is inside Kuran". What is inside Kuran? some body mis-quotes some verses, I never saw passing right message of Kuran by any Muslim. Do Hindu only read Kuran?

We abuse each other for what?

Message to Muslims of Indian and Indian sub-continents including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Verma, ....

"Sanskriti Sab ki ek chirantan,  Khoon ragon me Hindu hai" a line from Sangh Geet ( RSS song). It is not just word but act. Read about Rashtriya Muslim Manch

Explaination: Even Muslims of India say we are Muslim, we are more Hindu than Muslim. Our thoughts are not as aggressive as other Muslims. And the blood inside us are Hindu.

Hindus, be pro-active and not reactive. Reactive go no where.
Muslim! try to improve the social evils. There are bad in every community. Muslims too have it. So try to improve. And pass positive explanation if some body says bad about Muslims instead of abusing back.

On Curruption:

1000 Anna' can't remove corruption. Making rule does not help. More rule, more corruption. It is everybody wish to live in place where everybody is honest but himself. So the day will never come when any one is honest.

No one is serious in this email link about it. Everybody(including me) writes to all and wasting time. So he is corrupt to himself. Better do your work.

Stop writing non-sense. Hindus!, join RSS shakha. Muslims! join RMM.
Finally you will join together and the God. No one has to wait for their neighbors to be honest. Help to build country. United, you both will rule. Divide, you are doomed.

How to Relief from Diseases?
Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Heart diseases, Rheumatism & Gastritis
By Dirgha Raj Prasai
Health is life of human. To remain a healthy person it is imperative
for one to follow the right methods of human life catering to the
bodily need of regular fresh diet, necessary amount of pure water and
adequate sleep. Every person knows how to eat and drink, it is
necessary to know how to remain always healthy. The more humans have
been inclining to luxurious tastes the more they are inflicted with
diseases. Those who are wealthy have several workers do not work and
walk and play. Those lazy persons invite diseases for themselves.
Before the 20th century human beings were not as unhealthy and riddled
with diseases as they are today. Then the people were busy in hard
work and were involved in physical activities. After the invention of
modern equipments as plane, motor, television and computer people
became occupied with matters of eating and drinking that lead to
frivolous lifestyle. Those who do not work and remain static most of
the time are bound to end up becoming a victim of certain type of
diseases. Women who stay at home only and are not active are mostly
attacked by diseases.
People who are been involving in sedentary works as justices,
administrators, businessmen, poets-authors, shoe makers including,
those who are engaged computer for more than three hours continuously,
who pass time by watching movies, those who sleep more than necessary
are susceptible of suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure.
Women and men that have crossed the age bar of 35, even if they are
feverish or not, ought to compulsorily take to exercise every morning.
People with regular exercise and involvement in sports activities are
not attacked by diseases. Rather than arguing we must focus on
remaining healthy. Healthy people are the wealth of the world. To
escape from possible illness even the healthy ones must get into
little bit exercises, which would be best for them. We must care
health to secure our life. Rishis (Hindu saints) with knowledge of
Ayurveda (herbal and traditional medicines) have explored all sorts of
treatments and medicines to maintain the health on basis of practical
methods and experience of thousands years.
Let us start working which is empirically proved. Healthy adults with
age of 25 or more years, as soon after rising early, should sit with
their legs crossed under them, with hands on their knees, and take
deep breath and exhale it slowly. It must be continued at least for
five times. During morning walks, it is better to take deep breathe
and exhale three times by standing under the tree of Pippal, camphor
trees or other plants that release high amount of oxygen.. The Pippal,
Oscimum (Tulsi- a kind of holy plant) and camphor (Kapur) bear sacred
importance in Hindu and Buddhist religion. These trees produce
adequate amount of oxygen which increases the lifespan.
After rising and getting fresh, one must regularly take half an hour
walk or indulge in some sort of sporting activities. Adhering to this
routine makes a person immune to illness. An ill person in spite of
regular exercise in the morning should walk for 30-45 minutes
regardless of his/her profession. Walking is the best exercise.
Whenever walking one must avoid polluted and dusty paved roads.
Particularly, those suffering of sugar, high blood pressure,
gastritis, uric acid and other visceral diseases must follow the
routine:
1) After getting up around 4:30 to 5:30 am one should remove the
pillow and rest the head without a pillow and after relaxing the body
draw in deep air filling up your stomach and exhale it through the
mouth. Then draw in air slowly into the lungs and slowly exhale it.
Then one must inhale air through nose to the brain and exhale through
mouth. This process of drawing air into the stomach, lungs and brain
(again and again) must be carried out for 20 minutes. When drawing the
air to lungs and stomach if one remembers ‘OM’ word slowly then it is
called ‘Pranayam’ like Yoga (process of restraining breath). If the
body receives adequate amount of oxygen it cures the possible illness.
2) Then one must cross the legs under and then move left and right
hands up and down for 50 times.
3) After the process of drawing and exhaling air for 20 minutes one
must sit up right posture. Both the hands must be placed on either of
the knees and for five minutes one must slowly draw air from the nose
and exhale through nose.
4) Then in the same posture (with legs under crossed under the bottom)
one must place both his hands behind the neck and interlock the
fingers and join at the front both the elbows. Then one should breathe
out slowly while simultaneously placing both the elbows on the floor
and draw it back as far as possible by breathing in slowly and again
breathe out and stand on the elbows by placing it on the floor once
more. Although beginners may find it hard to join the elbows, it will
join in 5-6 days’ regular practice. This process must be followed for
five times. This exercise helps to keep the body in balance and keep
all body parts alert.
5) A sugar patient must spread both legs and try to touch the left toe
with the right hand and the right toe with the left hand. Then in
similar way the person must place his hands at the part of the body
right above near backside. This should be done for 150 times. Then one
should lie down again and take two deep breaths in chest through the
nose pushing air to lungs and exhale it slowly and get up. In this way
the oxygen reaches and dissolves in the pancreas. The exercise helps
to control the blood sugar.
Just after getting up, whether or not you are a sugar patient, you
should jerk (like trembling) your body up and down for five minutes.
Those suffered of high blood pressure must shake the body more than
those with sugar problem. This helps to decrease your fat and uric
acid. After ‘Pranayam’ pancreas produces more juice and it becomes
smooth, which helps to keep you relaxed all the day. ‘Pranayam’ must
be done slowly without exhausting your body. A patient must also take
the medicine prescribed by the doctor on regular basis.
Then one must hold both the hands out and imitate running for 70-90
times. If someone has an ache in thigh then the person must spread out
his legs and jump as if playing with a rope for 20-50 times. Uric acid
patient must chew and digest leaves or roots of ‘Ghodthapre’(a kind of
plant used in medicine). Our body needs plenty of water. If the life
is healthy and free of diseases, there no difference between the olds
and young. After an exercise the body becomes juicy. Gradually,
gastritis is cured and ulcer can't be developed. After ‘Pranayam’
drinking the water (warm or cold) is obligatory. Water is vital for
all life forms. It is foremost and essential component of human life.
After the exercise we must drink a big glass of water, at least half
of a liter. Only then we ought to go to rest room. Person suffering of
constipation must shut his mouth tight. Then the lung starts to swell
with water. One cannot spit in such condition. The water that we get
in the lung must be slathered. The hands must be straightened and
joined. Then our stomach will also be cleared.
The exercise is also a form of devotion. Every person is created with
a purpose and a direction. This purpose and direction were engraved in
our hearts when we were conceived. In addition, we are given access to
a quiet guidance system which helps us to achieve our objectives and
direction. We need to recognize this guidance system. Its called
intuition, the quiet voice, urges the knowing or the feeling. Once we
locate our purpose and direction, we are given skills, talents and
abilities that are unique to only ourselves. We must practice daily
such type of exercise –meditation. The people belonging to all
religions can exercise it in the name of their Gods, keeping in mind
'The Creator', the one and only one, who created the whole universe
and us. So, it is our first duty to keep our mind and body healthy.
We must be aware of what we eat and drink. Honey is elixir. If we eat
honey and ghee in equal proportion it becomes poison. So we must not
consume the foods detrimental to health. People take whisky and rice
beer by knowing the quantity they can consume, when they are healthy.
To drink too much will be very dangerous, even a healthy person
becomes sick. It is like the saying, ‘too much of anything is bad’.
However, the patients of uric acid, rheumatism, sugar should not drink
beer and whisky. It is best not to drink alcohol.
Those with fat body must after ‘Pranayam’ take in lemon water. 'Lemon
(Citrus) is a miraculous product to kill cancer cells. It is 10,000
times stronger than chemotherapy. It is considered also as an anti
microbial spectrum against bacterial infections and fungi, effective
against internal parasites and worms, it regulates blood pressure
which is too high and an antidepressant, combats stress and nervous
disorders.'-(Zee Beach, Institute of Health Sciences, 819 N. L.L.C.
Charles Street Baltimore) Fat people must avoid consumption of
banana, sweets and ghee. Its better they can carry out fasting. Foods
with fibrous substance as in vegetables and fruits are best for
health. Dry rice, bread, fibrous vegetable and milk will be
appropriate for relief of gastritis. If a person maintains a balanced
diet coupled with regular exercise then the person has a natural
defense against illness. To take oily foods once in a while is not
bad. Consumption of oily foods, for they are tastier, would not be
good. We should never forget the proverb- 'Money is lost nothing is
lost, character is lost something is lost but heath is lost everything
is lost.'

Patients of sugar and blood pressure cannot afford to stay for long in
empty stomach. Sugar patient must always keep in mind that pancreas
should never remain dry. One must take 3-4 liter of water daily in
order to hydrate pancreas, heart, lungs, liver and kidney. If you are
suffering from disease of prostate gland you must take the medicines
of Patanjali Yoga Guru Ramdev for 3-9 months. If this does not cure,
then you can seek recourse to medical surgery. Patients of rheumatism
must compulsorily resort to ‘Pranayam’ and avoid cold, slippery foods,
ginger, and curd and spinach, which help in increasing arthritis. All
sorts of patients must not fall into the abyss of depression rather
they ought to remain jovial, take walks and indulge joyful activities.
Happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances.
A scholar sri venkat writes on physiological benefits that it lowers
oxygen consumption. It decreases respiratory rate. It increases blood
flow and slows the heart rate.4. Increases exercise tolerance. Leads
to a deeper level of physical relaxation. Good for people with high
blood pressure. Reduces anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of
blood lactate. Decreases muscle tension. Helps in chronic diseases
like allergies, arthritis etc. Enhances the immune system.
Enhances energy, strength and vigor. Helps with weight loss. Improved
flow of air to the lungs resulting in easier breathing. Cure headaches
& migraines. Greater Orderliness of Brain Functioning. Significant
relief from asthma. Relaxes our nervous system. Decrease in restless
thinking. Provides peace of mind, happiness. Deeper Level of spiritual
relaxation. Experience an inner sense of Assurance or Knowingness.'
So, we should maintain the regular physiological system. After tea we
take breakfast. A patient of blood pressure must take a cup of black
tea one hour after the intake of food every morning while in case of a
sugar patient a cup of black coffee. Then after a hour the patient of
blood pressure must compulsorily take one apple each day. In the late
afternoon any sort of healthy food will do. Regular intake of fresh
water is needed at anytime of the day. It is compulsory for a sugar
patient to take an apple, orange or lime everyday after intake of a
cup of tea of coffee. If fruits are not taken everyday, the sugar
level reduces and may be fatal. It is good to take raw carrot and
radish with food. It is good to take fish and meat without too much
oil. People suffering from blood pressure must avoid intake of salty
foods in the evening. It is better to avoid meat at dinner. It is best
for all kinds of patients to take dry bread, milk and vegetables.
Potatos and other carbohydrate rich foods must be avoided by sugar
patients.
The American Heart Association recommends that adults eat fish twice a
week. According to Dr. Darush, a cardiologist of Harvard School of
Public Health, the average person should eat fish as a part of a
healthy diet. Patients of sugar must not suffer from cough and cold.
If you know that you are about to suffer from cold you ought to keep
warm immediately. Humans are the kings of living beings. Man has the
power of knowledge. They have power to conscience and awareness. Thus,
a human being must follow to the rules and methods of leading a
healthy lifestyle by practicing ‘Pranayam’, and eating good food and
bearing oneself rightly. We must focus all our attention to keep
ourselves healthy.

      Dear Sir,
I have written a small write up on the subject under discussion and hence am giving it below for your consideration.
      HEALTHY LIVING IN BHAARAT
Currently we are living under the Western Medical System 'ALLOPATHY'. As everyone is aware, it is a costly system. We i.e' Bhaarateey people are not rich enough to make use of the same. In the proposed budget for 2011-12 taxes are being enhanced on this system treatment, therefore more of us, Bhaarateey people will be thrown out of the possibility of using the same. Moreover this system during last 200 years of existence, has discovered over 30,000 diseases whereas it has no रामबाण उपाय even for one. Thus it is not useful even to others. This system is good mainly for operations and cutting some damaged body part/s. Their system is comparatively safe, one can say. However one must remember that surgical intervention in one's body does make it 'incomplete'. Surely it is beyond our economic conditions though. In case you are unaware kindly note that if a person has undergone Byepass surgery once, in many cases he needs it repeated after a few years intervals. Actually there appears to be some difficulty ofBhaarateey people and the allopathic treatment processes devised in the West. It appears that the medical exerts here have started realizing it. Experts in Allopathy in Bhaarat have realised that the systems/procedures to treat patients suffering from non-contaguoue diseases like Diabetes, Heart Attack etc are not found effective and suitable for haarateey people. The processes have been found to be ineffective in Bhaarat because of the changes in biochemical, physiological as well as Attitudinal differences between us, (South Asians) and White Caucasians (Westerners). They desire to develop our own processes for our recovery. Diabetes is certified by Allopathy to be incurable; we can only maintain it by medicine to keep blood sugar level under check. But recently in SAKAL (a Marathi Newspaper) there is a news that a Pune scientist Shri Parkhe has declared that eating an apple followed by 30 minutes brisk walk as a first thing in the mornings can cure this disease after couple of months. You can even discontinue the medicine. As we are seeing, the medicines approved by FDA are subsequently being disapproved when their defects and side effect are exposed. We are finding that patients of these diseases are increasing in number as well as reducing the age at which we are catching these diseases. In short this system is failure as far as South Asians are concerned. I am attaching scanned copy of concerned newsitem in Times of India Pune edition dated 01 Mar 2011. Main problem with Allopathy is that it does not have any preventive scheme. The system becomes operative once you have the Disease.
The allopathic medical(?) system is unreliable, costly as well as concerned to treat only the symptoms of illness and not the illness itself in a patient, The medicines prescribed for treating one disease, most of the times, (without correcting the specified illness) give rise to another one (as side effect of these medicines). It is time for us to go back to our AYURVED for maintaining our health. Ayurved is an उपवेद of ऋग्वेद. Let us discard the allopathy. Even any surgery suggested by doctor must be done when all other non-intrusive treatments have failed.
As per Ayurved, there are only 3 reasons of contracting any disease or illness,:
      (1)  Due to Nature.-- Earth's revolutions and rotation around the Sun with tilted axis does cause changes in seasons and climate. If our body is not aclimatized for the change, one may fall sick. He does not have to do anything as treatment. Tolerate the discomfort for a few days and the body will get (automatically, Naturally) aclimatized to the change;
      (2)  Due to pollution (especially by human activities against nature),-- Atmosphere may have some pathogenic germs and bacteria. These may enter body and likely to damage the systems and subsystems thereby giving disease. Already nature has given adequate immunity to our body and the WBCs in the blood will take care of them by anhiliting the anti-bodies to keep body safe. In case you consume only local products in appropriate seasons and are keeping contact with local soil, the immunity will be maintained in enhanced state on its own. Do not eat fruit which is not fresh or is out of season (stored in a cold storage). All species are interdependent in the ecology. You have no right to kill mosquitoes just because they bite you and some germs attached to their 'biting needles' may be maleria giving. The mosquitoes may need an odd drop of blood from you for their living. They have no blood generation system in their small bodies. Little blood loss to you should not make you 'anti-insects' to kill them. The maleria germs even if enter your body cannot give you maleria since you have adequate immunity in your body. Nowadays we use electric vapourising fluids like 'Good Night' etc for preventing mosquitoes in our bed rooms. Kindly note that the vapours do contain 'chemical detergent' which kills the mosquitoes and they do not bite you. But read the instructions about the fluid bottle in the accompanying literature carefully. They have written (in small letters) that after 30 minutes open the room doors & windows if the vapourization is being continued. In closed rooms, the concentration of the 'detergent vapour' may increase and can cause harm to humans. Do not use this chemical 'anti-mosquito' device as well. Why not simply sleep under mosquito nets as a routine anti-mosquito measure, in case mosquitoes are moving in hordes nearby?
      (3)  Behaving against nature as well as morality and ethics can give you illness which can be treated only by changing your behaviour and treatment of others in the Nature. Never misbehave with anybody and/or anything.
Since so many years from birth, you are owning and using the body. If anything goes wrong with it suddenly, you must be able to determine the reason/s as to why it happened and take suitable actions for recovery. The body is a self rectifying machine and its environments must be maintained for its efficiency and effectiveness of recovery. Instead of remembering what wrong did you commit with body, if you approach a Doctor for finding it out, how can he do it correctly within few minutes? Kindly note that machines that he uses for diagnosis, can be defective at any time and thereby also his diagnosis may go wrong, even if he were an expert and experienced one.
Now even allopathy has agreed that the diseases come to human body when its mind accepts the presence of that illness. If you have developed strength of your mind to such an extent that disease cannot come to you, you will not fall ill at all, unless you comit some error as stated above, repeatedly. Sound mind will be available only in sound body so ensure your body is sound enough. For this simple way is to practice necessary Yogasanas to keep the body in top form. This will ensure your mind will also be strong. Yogasan is one of the Bhaarateey techniques to improve the strength of body. Moreover Meditation does inspire mind to remain healthy at all times.
To remain healthy, there is one more way to avoid. We do come across many statements in books and periodicals about symptoms of some diseases or illnesses. NEVER go through them. Till your mind is firmly in strength, such messages get fixed in the mind and it maintains constant comparison with its 'feelings' about the body condition. Anything similar it sees, it decides that its body is sick with THAT sickness or disease and the disease sticks to the body. Avoid it. Similarly just for the 'heck of it' never go for physiological tests and 'find out' if your body has some illness. With some (even minor) defects in testing equipment something may be found to be WRONG in your body and lo, you start getting it (THE SUSPECTED ILLNESS) slowly. Go to a Vaidya only if you are feeling unwell. Innoculation is NOT sure shot way of preventing illness. Even Dr Jenner who initiated vaccine for देवी is understood to have expressed his repentence for his initiation of the system on his deathbed! Even polio (oral) dose that is given (compulsorily) for children below 5 years does not appear to be safe. Just today newspapers reported that a child died after taking the dose on 23 Jan 2011 in Chennai. Last year a community in Pune was given compulsory shots of 'swine Flue' by the Government. Some of the people died after the innoculation by swine flue.(of course the medical authoritoies declared that they died because of 'Roman Flue').
Ayurved has two aspects included. By one, it ensures that you do not get any disease at all---a preventive aspect. This is normally stressed more on people. If one prevents disease, no treatment against any is required, isn't it? And still if some illness is acquired by an individual (by any of the wrong activities stated above), then also Ayuved suggests you some remedy to free your body from the illness but also suggests you some पथ्य and  instructions for behaviour (in future). These are to prevent the illness catching you again. Thus Ayurved sees that your body is protected against illness but does not kill or does any harm to anything--environment or any other specie in चराचर सृष्टि. This miust be remembered. Man has come to this earth to ensure protection and nurturing of the environment and everything in the सृष्टि and not to damage anything.
A person gets adequate rest for his mind and body with a 6 hours sound sleep. Never ever sleep after 6 AM, even if you have nothing to do,like going to work or even school. You may meditate or watch the Nature idly, but do not go to bed then. This will ensure your freshness for starting daily routine.
Kindly note that food prepared at home is always more wholesome and nutritious. Outside (hotels & restaurants) food is always 'money valuefull'. It therefore lacks the nutrition of love and आपुलकी. Food from natural crops is cheap and full of good nutrition required by us. Artificial crops (GMO) and (machine manufactured) food items are full of chemicals which can have dangerous (at least in the long term) effect on our health. Note the श्लोक from मनुस्मृति: "एकभुकतम सदारोsग्यम l द्विभुकतम बलवर्धनम" ll. Daily one meal is enough for our physical and mental health, but taking two may give you more strength (when you may need it for your daily routine). While chidren are growing they may like to have snacks in between meals. Meals should have minimum 6 hours gap for keeping the digestive system fully functional. Adequate water is a must, but food and water together, must keep the stomach quarter empty (for the digestive juices to work efficiently). Miss a meal per week to maintain your digestive system to rest and refresh itself to maintain in top form. As far as possible maintain a schedule and try and stick to it. Occasional slippage is excusable and don't maintain any guilty feeling for such odd slippage.

Though I have given heading referring to Bhaarat, kindly note that this will be useful to people all over the world.
Since last few years I have had no need for doctor's advice or medicine. I give credit for that to my simple routine that I follow. You decide a simple one and try and stick to it. You will always be benefited.
      With regards to all,
      ------Mukund Apte
