The culprit is the Article 25 of the Indian Constitution.

Abolish the above Article. Declare conversion a capital punishment like Christianity (Bible, Deut. 13:6-11) and Islam (Koran 4:89)

The Fact :

Hindu population of Pakistan was about 23% before the partition of India, NOW IT IS LESS THAN 2% AND MOST HINDUS OF PAKISTAN WANT TO MIGRATE TO INDIA. 

Muslim population of India has increased by 400% after partition, and no Indian Muslim wants to migrate to Pakistan. !
