HP Z5600 formatter board question

Hi I have a HP Z5600 got a message to restart error on front panel 0804 1 front panel power switch unresponsive - powered off using switch on back of machine. Machine is initializing to 95% and hanging. Lights on formatter board are - 1 flashing, 2 solid, 3 solid. I replaced the HD about 2 months ago. At that time I updated the firmware to newest version on HP site.

What are my options?
