Hi, I am experiencing the same issue after replacing the belt. Did you ever find a solution to this?

hi, error 17:11: it must be the data cable (white flat cable) that is connected to the print carriage board and the main board. good luck.

Hi Adriano,
Thank you for the insight! I checked the flat white data cable- it seems to be properly connected at both ends, and I used a multi meter to verify continuity between each pin. Do you think this may suggest the issue lies either on the carriage board or the main board?
Thank you,
Patric

Hi, it's difficult to know if this flat cable is defective, as it is very flexible and moves too much. You can try to see the ends of it, on the metal contacts if everything is ok. Try cleaning these contacts or see if you haven't damaged the ends. Generally, the print carriage board and main board do not get damaged.
consider replacing the white flat cable.
