I've got this new client with a T-920 with this error. From the site I see it's a drive that may need replacing. Is there any instructions pre or post install I need to know. I noticed these drives are matched to the serial number of the device.
Is there a format sequence that I can perform. I service and train techs on laser-based HP products and can do a full format on most of the SSD's and HDD's. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
