T795 error 79.2:04

Hello!

Got a T795 that upon bootup gives me the dreaded error 79.2:04. The formatter board LED lights show 

1  Flashing

2  On

3  On.

This is the complete error message:

Error code: 0xbabe0007

Severity: Error

Desc: SystemManager: Received SIGBUS, codeis 2, faulty addr is 0xb06b4000, from 0x8eab531

Ive tried to reload the firmware via USB but it just hangs at 20%. I've left the unit for over an hour and nothing changes.

Not sure what needs replacing but Im pretty sure something died. Any help is greatly appreciated!
