Hello everyone. My T770 has been sitting idle for a few years. I've tried restarting it, but it's giving me errors related to the cartridges, ink, and printheads. I've turned it on and off several times, and at one point, it failed to initialize, and error 01.0:10 appeared, along with a message telling me to restart it. I tried restarting it, but to no avail. All three red lights are solid. I've tried removing and reinserting the card, but that didn't help. What can I try? Thanks for your attention.

hello. In my opinion it could be several problems. you can check: 1 - Formatter HD (connect to a PC and see if it turns on and detects it) 2 - Formater board contacts (clean the contacts with product or an eraser) 3 - Main board (there's no way to test it, just change it) good luck!
