We are an international group, 3 of them live in San Francisco the rest of us in Belgium spread over different cities and have different households, different age groups, it will be an interesting experiences.

Designing for personal health is research on sensored wearable devices which you all received, and is a sequel on my previous sleep tracking experiment. The 24/7 tracking will give me more insights on the whole day cycle of an individual. My interest in this:

Is 24/7 self monitoring creating enough awareness and persuasion to get a balanced lifestyle? Will it generate a general wellbeing with selfmonitored people?

- Are you able to fulfill the engagement
- What does the tracking learn you about yourself
- If you have certain goals - how do you achieve them
- What tiny habits do you change and how, was it easy
- How do you handle the data and how do you interpretate them - what are you doing with it basicly
- Does the tracking help you to organize your life better
- Do you continue your - hopefully-  better lifestyle when stopping the tracking or do you fall back in the previous lifestyle
- Questions about the device itself, userfriendlyness, intuitive interface, dashboard input etc...

I will post additional tools and apps you can use simutanously to help you to achieve your goals and to engage you and learn more if you would be interested in this field.

I realize this is a lot of private information and therefor there will be no mentioning of any names in the research, you will all become numbers ;-)
