Body 2.0 is a conference in the US, that was just this week.

Check out lark life another wristband to track your body! I like the design a lot, Lark also has a silent wake wristband which I used for a while, both are probably integrated now.

This is also the first time these methods are pinpoint as body2.0 so welcome to the Body 2.0 world which make you an early adoptor! Are you proud?
Remember all big things start small! This will be huge!

speaking of other wristbands...
everyone, of course, asks me what the hell i have on my arm. "i'm a guinea pig in my friend's science experiment" is the quickest answer. an irish guy at the bar asked. he wears one of these. quite a bit smaller on worn on the wrist. ah hem...a bit cooler than the blood pressure band on my bicep. ;) the lark one is a similar design to the nike fuelband, but i don't think they monitor your calories and sleep in the same way. perhaps our 'sleeping with technology' guru has any insight on the differences of the products?

The Nike Fuel doesn't measure sleep, and only measure calorie burning, steps and time spent on the move. I"ve been going to the reviews quite extensive because I wanted to buy one, but they are not so good and the device was marked not so accuratly but a nice gadget, it is also the first version. AND it also cost $149, remember we discussed it in SF. And I'm Nike fan but didn't buy it.

Lark life is brand new and not on the market yet, but I presume they have integrated their silent wake wristband in there, the measuring of sleep is based on moverments like Body Media, only Body Media have put alreadu 11 years of research in this and works with sensors that measure a lot of details, and therefor I think it is more reliable, we can check wen Lark Life is available to compare the two. Also here price range is $149

So far my comments!
