What is the future of organisational structure? How significant is the
increase in the utilisation of alternative models such as contracting?
What might be some of the possible impacts on business and society as
a whole with regard to sectors such as education and manufacturing?

New Zealand has a reputation for being innovative and adaptable to
change. We need to live up to this. Are we currently in a position to
do so? I would agree with Kaila Colbin that organisational design will
play an important role in achieving this.

Nick Gerritsen mentions the power of the consumer. The consumer is a
key thread running through the arguments put forward by the panel in
both parts of the series. What sort of consumer research is presently
being conducted? Do our methods or thinking need to change?
