The Office of Personnel Management's USAJOBS program is hiring a User Experience Researcher. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a user research practice for a high-volume public-facing federal government service that connects job seekers with federal employment opportunities across the United States and worldwide. Help impact federal hiring and the applicant experience!

As part of a design team of UX designers and content strategists, you'll plan and facilitate research strategies and methods to improve the usability, accessibility and equitability of USAJOBS digital products and services. You'll collaborate across functions, product, and leadership teams to provide expertise and insights in evaluating qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions. In addition, you'll collaborate on program-wide initiatives to improve the applicant experience from a user-centered, systems, policy, and equity lens.

This is a full-time 100% remote federal position at the General Schedule(GS)-13 level. The job posting is open today till November 5th.
