We're hiring a Learning Design Specialist to join Climate Catalyst as a consultant!

We're looking for a consultant to design and pilot innovative knowledge sharing tools that connect grantees working on clean air across different geographies.

You'll work with our Learning and Innovation team to develop a peer matching programme, virtual learning exchanges and comprehensive resources that enable organisations to learn from each other's successes and challenges.

What you'll do:

🌟 Pilot a global peer matching programme

🌟 Develop virtual learning exchange sessions bringing together subject matter expertise

🌟 Create training materials and capacity building plans for staff across multiple cities

🌟 Produce high-quality visual tools and learning resources

🌟 Coach staff to sustain knowledge sharing practices long-term

What we're looking for:

✅ Demonstrated success leading Training-of-Trainers or communities of practice in cross-cultural settings

✅ Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex materials into accessible content

✅ Experience producing high-quality visual materials

✅ Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

✅ Experience in knowledge management, facilitation and ecosystem building

This is a contract role that runs from March to July.
