The UX Project Manager, Education will help the Division of Education improve how surgeons, learners, members, and internal stakeholders access and engage with digital education experiences across ACS platforms. This role is responsible for bringing structure to complex and sometimes ambiguous digital experience needs. The individual will work consultatively with Division of Education teams, IT, Integrated Communications, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, map current-state experiences, define requirements, identify friction points, and guide cross-functional work from discovery through implementation.
