The impact is real, but the record is not. We collect these experiences, trace the patterns, and turn invisible digital harm into public evidence.

📍 Purpose
No one should face a platform alone, and no harm should disappear into silence. We are building tools that help gig workers and digital workers document what they live through each day so their stories are finally seen.
🆘 What We Need
As a Project Manager at Platform Justice, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Platform Justice’s core initiatives across research, design, policy, and communications workstreams. This role is ideal for a person interested in how mission-driven organizations operate, how cross-disciplinary projects move from idea to execution, and how early-stage nonprofits build structure.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of ongoing projects across research, design, policy, and
outreach teams
- Help define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and shared workflows
- Support meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups to ensure accountability
- Assist with improving internal processes as the organization scales
- Help translate high-level goals into actionable project plans
❇️ Ideal Volunteer
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Interest in project coordination, operations, or nonprofit management
- Comfort working across disciplines (e.g., legal, research, design, communications)
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Curiosity about technology accountability, public-interest work, or ethical tech systems
🕗 Time Commitment
Flexible, but we are looking for someone reliable and communicative. The exact time needed will depend on your pace and process, and you can help us determine that. As a guideline, contributing ~10 hours a week over the next five months would make a meaningful difference.
