The Social Innovation Manager, Financial Wellbeing, will serve as a strategic advisor and provide daily operational support on a portfolio of programs designed to address the areas of Financial Health, Health Essentials, and Economic Mobility for older adults living with low income, with a particular focus on addressing those areas with digital skills and tools. The Social Innovation Manager identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for new products, services, and approaches to address social problems. This position formulates and evaluates alternative solutions and/or recommendations to achieve social innovation goals. The Social Innovation Manager develops strategic alliances with external stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, exchange of ideas, and access to funding. They partner with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of social innovation programs.
