We are seeking a detail-oriented design and production collaborator to support the creation of a Simplified Chinese version of an annual report for a mission-driven client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize the visual design and layout established in the English-language annual report to thoughtfully adapt and produce the Simplified Chinese version.
- Reflow and replace translated text in provided Adobe InDesign files.
- Identify callouts, pull quotes, and highlighted content within translated copy and integrate them appropriately into the design.
- Maintain visual consistency, readability, and design integrity throughout the document.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in Simplified Chinese writing and typesetting.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign 2026, including using character and paragraph styles.
- Strong graphic design, layout, and production skills.
- Experience working with multilingual publications and long-form documents preferred.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting project deadlines.
