THE WORK
The Innovation & Performance Team is seeking a Project Lead to bring design-based innovation expertise and creativity to the team’s work to create service experiences designed around the people who use them. Are you a service designer who is truly dedicated to bringing change into the world by incorporating design thinking into service delivery, measuring impact, and exploring opportunities to make government more accessible and responsive to people who live, work, play, and visit Seattle?
