We're seeking a creative and strategic communications professional to help reshape our brand and communications approach. This consultancy role will work with our leadership team to redefine and elevate our communications across all touch points.

Location: Remote (preferably in USA or Europe time zones)
Compensation: $25–$40/hour
Position Type: Consultancy/Project-based, 16–24 hours/week, flexible schedule

Your Role

As Communications & Design Lead, you’ll be a strategic partner and creative lead responsible for reshaping how the Transformations Community communicates—visually, narratively, and structurally. You’ll also directly supervise our existing communications team, helping them grow while bringing consistency and quality to our outward-facing work.
