<malavikaneurekar@gmail.com>Dalberg is seeking a Graphic Designer to join as a dedicated resource in the Asia Communications team. We are looking for someone who can help us find sophisticated design solutions to communicate complex problem solving. The candidate will be required to work closely with the project teams and external partners to translate technical concepts into easy-to-relate visual design collaterals.

Candidate eligibility
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in design firms or within the media, knowledge, and research industries
- A diverse portfolio that shows the ability to design across a range of styles (vector graphics, mixed-media graphics, publication design).
- Demonstrable design sophistication with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-relate visual design collaterals
- Mastery of Excel or PowerPoint
- Deep experience in the Adobe Creative suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in video editing is a plus

- Candidates will then be asked to undertake an assessment and share their portfolio via email.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a round of interviews.
Location: The candidate can choose to work out of one of our offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, or Goa.
