3×3 is seeking a full-time Engagement and Communications Designer with a passion for social impact to support our studio’s community-centered design practice across a wide range of projects, from multi-stakeholder engagement to qualitative research and design strategy. This is a multi-faceted position ideal for someone eager to collaborate on projects that blend design, research, strategy, visual communications, and public outreach. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, including facilitation experience and enthusiasm for conveying ideas through multimedia formats. The candidate should be able to travel to different neighborhoods in New York City for stakeholder engagement, depending on project needs. While your primary focus will be communications and engagement design, we also expect every team member to contribute to building the organization through rotating roles and cross-functional initiatives.
