We’re hiring! 🚀 hiCOlab, the design and innovation team at the University of Vermont Health Network, seeks a Healthcare Experience Designer to help us envision and execute the future of healthcare strategy and services in our Network, working alongside our partner hospitals and health care organizations in northern New York and central Vermont. We’re looking for a fearless and flexible mission-driven collaborator who is comfortable guiding diverse administrative and clinical teams through a design-led process to create an organization that meets the needs of our patients and families, and our employees. As an entry-level position, this is an opportunity to grow and mature in the complex field of design for healthcare experiences, services, and systems.
