The team I work with is looking for a contractor, individual(s) or agency, that can strategize, capture, and create content for our Small-Scale Fisheries Impact Bond.

Based on 10 years of data from the organization's environmental management system, called Fish Forever, this new method of funding environmental/social impact attracts investors to pay upfront implementation costs and outcome funders to pay for results. 

This contract is for the first year of our Pilot bond. The Pilot is funded mostly with philanthropy to prove the concept. Successive rounds will attract more impact investment and private capital with governments targeted to pay for outcomes.

If successful, the program would create a new avenue to scale up investment in sustainable small scale fisheries management and help close the $500 billion funding gap for 30x30/investment in ocean health. 

This position will be reporting to our new Indonesian Innovative Finance manager. As mentioned, the role is a contract for 12 months with an expectation of traveling to the pilot site quarterly (SE Sulawesi). Preference for native Bahasa Indonesian speakers that also have advanced proficiency in English. Underwater photography/videography would be a bonus but not required. Experience in multiple mediums, script planning, and running a shoot highly desirable.
