Role Overview: Digital Product Manager

• Primary Responsibilities: The Digital Product Manager will support the Digital Product Officer (Jas) and her team in managing two major websites, Cultural Orientation Resource Exchange, Settle In, and its mobile application. Responsibilities include:
  • Project Management: Leading day-to-day operations, managing updates, and overseeing external vendor relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Navigating content management systems and working closely with technical teams to implement updates and new features.
  • Collaborative Work: Facilitating communication between designers, developers, and non-technical team members to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Analytics and Strategy: Assisting with data-driven decision-making and strategic vision, supporting analytics to refine user experience.
