Request For Proposal: Graphic Design
Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking a graphic designer to create 10 original sticker designs for the 2026 campaign cycle.
About Project 26 Pennsylvania
P26 is a youth-led grassroots organization driving student civic engagement. Named for the 26th Amendment, P26 exists to promote and expand democracy by elevating youth leadership, organizing young voters to participate in key elections, and exercising youth power through civic engagement. We are partners with a number of progressive and left-leaning organizations throughout the Commonwealth.

Dates and Deadlines
RFPs must be submitted by May 22, 2026 via email to Er...@p26pa.com
All RFPs must include a portfolio or examples of previous graphic design work
Selected partners will be notified by May 29, 2026
Deadline for all agreed-upon work to be completed is July 1, 2026
Evaluation Criteria
RFPs will be evaluated based on cost, scope of work being completed, portfolio, and alignment with organizational values
Individuals that have worked with right-leaning/conservative individuals and/or organizations will be automatically disqualified
Also note: Project 26 is requiring a commitment to using no generative AI from RFP through completion of work
Scope of Work
The ideal partner will create designs that communicate progressive issues in creative and attention grabbing ways.
Note: Stickers cannot reference any current candidate for office
Budget
RFPs should include an all-in cost proposal as part of their submission

Ipas works globally to advance reproductive justice by expanding access to abortion and contraception. We work with partners across Africa, Asia and the Americas to ensure that reproductive health services, including abortion and contraception, are available and accessible to all. We are seeking a publication designer to produce the latest update to Clinical Updates in Reproductive Health, an up-to-date, evidence-based clinical recommendations on comprehensive abortion care.
This content is approximately 75,000 words. The intended audience are health professionals, primarily from low-resource settings. The final product should be a digital first PDF that is designed for โDIY printingโ meaning health professionals may print out various parts (checklists, tools or job aids) for reference or in advance of meetings or trainings. We seek an experienced designer to create a consistent visual system through the toolkit and to design the digital publication using accessibility best practices.
