This is a senior visual design role at Noora Health, leading the end-to-end design process—from concept through final production—for behaviour change communication materials across print, digital, and environmental formats. The core challenge is translating complex medical and technical content into simple, engaging, user-centred visuals that support learning and drive behaviour change, all while tailoring the work to diverse cultural and linguistic contexts. Deliverables span flipcharts, facilitator guides, posters, signage, handouts, presentations, and social media creatives. The work is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with content creators, medical experts, implementation teams, service designers, illustrators, animators, translators, and production partners, and it demands the ability to independently juggle multiple projects at once while balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Beyond hands-on design, the role carries broader ownership of craft and consistency. It involves mentoring junior designers and giving constructive feedback, and contributing to Noora Health's evolving visual language through templates, style guides, component libraries, and reusable assets—all while keeping work aligned to brand guidelines and adapted to local realities. The designer is expected to participate in design reviews, field visits, and user testing to continuously improve material effectiveness, stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and print production best practices, and proactively surface risks and creative solutions. Notably, the role also calls for exploring AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies to boost efficiency without compromising creative and quality standards.
