Would you like to reimagine how government services are designed and implemented? We're hiring for a Service Designer - IT Business Systems Analyst Senior.
This Position will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to re-image how the City of Austin provides services for residents. Responsibilities include include documenting and translating user experience research findings into user and technical requirement documentation for identified projects. They will lead end to end UX research to understand user needs and motivations to make products, services, websites more intuitive and enjoyable for users. This position will collaborate with service designers, UX designers, content strategists, and technologists to develop and build tools/resources that support improvement strategies. Work will involve collaborating with stakeholders to assess new ideas, legacy systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improved user experience and sustainable future systems.
