Product Design RolesDesign at Remind
A position of leadership. As an experienced member on the team you'll help shape quality at Remind while others will look to you to help mentor them and grow. As a lead at the company, your cross-functional partners will rely on you to drive the narrative from the ambiguous early stages of a problem to making sense of what we learn after shipping a solution.
A voice for design. As a member of the design team you'll advocate for user needs while iterating through solutions, across Remind's product, process, and organization, to influence the entire customer experience through Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Design Research Role

Remind was founded with a core value of deeply understanding our users—especially our teachers. We’re firm believers that we are not our users, and as such user research has been fundamental in defining Remind’s roadmaps and has helped make it the innovative company it is today. Our design team is looking for a lead researcher who can build on and extend the foundation of research we've established over the last six years to guide Remind's product and process to be more human-centered.
You will:Develop the research team’s strategic priorities and roadmapCommunicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways; tailor research findings to suit the audienceIncorporate quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable product and process recommendationsInform product and process decisions through interviews, surveys, benchmark studies, and other sources of dataPlan and execute both formative and evaluative research on teachers, students, and parents, and administratorsYou may be fit for this role if you:Have 5+ years of relevant work experience integrating user research into product and design practicesHave a strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods and experimental designs, including when and how to apply them during each product phaseHave excellent survey design and analysis skillsHave experience working with fast-paced product/design teams
