Hi all! The product & design team at WorkIt Labs is hiring for a part-time, contract UI/UX designer.

Key Details

Position: UI/UX Designer (part-time, contract)
Team: Product & Design
Compensation: $5,200-7,700 per month (20-30 hours a week), depending on experience and staffing needs
Status: Contractor
Location: Fully remote
Core Hours: Must be available for team meetings during core hours (12:00 - 5:00 p.m. Eastern) at least two days a week

WorkIt Labs is seeking a UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating technology that builds power for working people. You will help scale WorkIt Lab’s suite of products for frontline labor organizers, workers, and campaign teams. You will work closely with the Director of User Experience and the cross-functional product team to create designs that will deliver on our promise of building high-quality, valuable product features for our labor and non-profit partners and their end users.

Our product suite aims to facilitate the ability of worker organizations to distribute information and resources, do effective relational organizing, and win big on campaigns that change the balance of power in low-wage workplaces and industries across the globe.
