3×3 is seeking a program strategist to support our studio’s community-centered design practice across a wide range of projects, from economic inclusion to community resilience and well-being. This position is ideal for someone eager to collaborate on initiatives that blend civic engagement, strategic design, research, and communications. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can wear multiple hats and brings a strong justice lens to their work. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, including accessible graphic design and facilitation, project management, and partnership building. The candidate should be able to travel to different neighborhoods in New York City for stakeholder engagement.
