[FT, Chicago/Remote] Augintel seeks 1st product designer

Hi, I'm Jim. 

I head the product, engineering and customer success teams at Augintel. We're using natural language processing (NLP) to help clinicians in social services and healthcare better understand and serve the clients they work with. There's a demo on our site. 

I'm hiring our first product designer. Ideal candidate is someone at the senior product designer level, plus/minus a notch. Salary range is roughly $110-$150k. Because you'd be the first design hire, this role would be pretty full stack, everything from a bit of research with users, working with peers in engineering and product and customer success to define problems and prototype solutions, and then producing high-fidelity assets to guide development. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to do some good and work on some really interesting problems at the intersection of design and AI.
