Hey all! Mark Lerner here, I've just started a new role at the Partnership for Public Service leading their federal technology strategy and programs, so not just the messenger here!
We're hiring for a senior manager to lead the Customer Experience work, and they're really looking for someone with deep knowledge in UX to come in and lead the way. The Partnership is full of incredible people, but has a bit of a lack of subject matter experts when it comes to tech, UX, etc. You'd be making a big impact on the org, and I think you all know that this org has a big impact on government – they onboard political appointees, train executive leaders across the federal government, educate Congress on a wide range of topics, and have built up a reputation as a trusted advisor that few outside government organizations hold.
Here's the
position description, and if you're interested please don't hesitate to reach out or to apply! The PD is a bit heavy on the research focus rather than the UX/CX piece, but know that they really are looking for a design leader.
Hope to see your names come through soon!
