Radish Lab is a purpose-driven creative agency specializing in web design, branding, and strategy for nonprofits and social impact organizations. We're hiring a Senior Designer to join our remote team of 12.
You'll lead visual design across web and branding projects — from early concepting through developer handoff — working closely with our Creative Director and project managers. You should be an expert Figma user with strong branding chops, great taste, and the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your sense of humor.
Salary: $80,000–$95,000, plus comprehensive benefits including unlimited PTO, 401(k) with match, and a two-week company-wide winter break.
