Hi All,
I found this video that might be of interest to you. It's about the change from "can do" (Usability) to "will do" (persuasive design) - by the founder of Interaction Design Association (http://www.ixda.org/index.php)
IMHO Nothing new, but its always nice to hear someone else phrase it.
