Plot Summary

Naruto promises to free Four Tails from Madara's control, and tries to befriend him. However, Four Tails is distrustful of humans, and attacks Naruto with his lava-like chakra.
Meanwhile, outside, Kakashi Hatake and Guy sense that something is wrong with Naruto, and rush to help him. They encounter Madara, who reveals that he has implanted a special device in each of the tailed beasts that allows him to control them remotely. He also reveals that he has a plan to use the tailed beasts to create a powerful weapon called the Ten-Tails, which he believes will grant him the power to create a utopia for humanity.
As Madara prepares to unleash his tailed beasts on Kakashi and Guy, Naruto manages to survive Four Tails' attack by using his own Nine-Tails chakra. He then tries to convince Four Tails that he is different from other humans, and that he understands his pain. He shows him his memories of being shunned and hated by his village for having Nine-Tails sealed inside him.
