Pycon 2020 Poster Session - Announcement

Hi All,

Apologies for the list-serve spam.

I’m writing to ask you all to make an announcement at your meetup group regarding the PyCon Poster Session. I’m the co-chair for the Pycon poster session this year.

We’re looking to increase the diversity and geographical representation of poster presenters at this year's PyCon conference in Pittsburgh. I think of the poster session as the ultimate hallway track and having a solid mix of presenters is key to showcasing the vibrant community.

I put together a small powerpoint to introduce the Poster session and present some information.
