patti the complete mix we have right now has mag and iodized salt
added to finish it, correct?

could we do a mix that had the correct amounts of mag and iodine added
but not the salt?
so that all my clients would need to add would be their probitotic and
some loose plain salt

problem is some of them wont eat the supplements with all that salt in
there, especially the big horses- it is a lot of salt
and the other thing is i have people who dont care about paying 5-10
a month more so they dont hvae to mix anything

the other problem i am running into is that if i have a client with 5
totally different size horses it is not a huge deal to say this one
gets this much of the reg mix and that one this much

but when you go to saying this much reg mix, this much iodized salt,
this much mag and it is a different amount for each horse they get
confused
and more often than not i go back and they are not feeding the right
amounts, it is just too much info
i am triple checking when i trim and i would say 90% of the time they
are feeding it wrong

it is also very confusing for people who are out of town a lot and
have others feed

bottom line is i need a supplement where the clients dont have to
think or learn about all this and just do what i tell them to, most of
them want it that way

so if i had a mix and i said feed 200ml - or whatever amount per
horse- of this and 1 scoop each of probiotic, that would not be
confusing
and i am telling them to leave out loose plain salt or add some to the
feed, but for the salt it could prob be the same amount each horse
since we are not worrying about the iodine, right
the salt just really keeps some horses from eating their stuff

anyway i need to find a way to make it less confusing
could you figure out the numbers on this and get rod to give us a
price and maybe give us a number, i will have all my clients order it
like that , i also am only doing the molasses flavor

let me know what you think, thank you
