DAR Club Meeting October 10th 7pm (social hour at 6pm)

Hi All,

Please join us for the club meeting on October 10^th at NW Raw 210 SW Century Dr. We'll have a social hour starting at 6pm and get the meeting going at 7pm. Supporting documents are attached.

This meeting is to go over mission statement and review the first shot of the bylaws updates required by USHPA. Please read through the bylaws and have any comments ready for the meeting.

Hi all,

Thanks to everyone that was able to show up for the meeting Tuesday evening. It was good to catch up and thanks for your input on club issues, your opinions and ideas help.

For all those that were not able to attend, below are a few upcoming items, also see attached meeting minutes for full summary of the meeting.

CHRISTMAS PARTY!  whoop-whoop, we would like to bring back the annual christmas party for a little community fun. We are thinking of putting together a dinner and raffle off some hot items. We are looking at weekend of Dec. 8th or 15th, we'll send out a survey to figure out the best date

ONLINE VOTE! While we unanimously voted (6 club members, 3 officers) to change the club name to Central Oregon Hang Gliding and Paragliding we also all agreed that we should conduct an online vote to let the entire community be involved in the decision. Separate email to follow

BYLAWS - we made a few revisions and sending off to lawyer then we'll send out for review and online vote

 

MISSION STATEMENT - unanimous vote to adopt
