UAS NOTAM

First time I have seen a NOTAM for drone operations.  10-11a this morning here in town.

Is there some way to figure out what DSD160011.3 means? When I look 4.4NM SW of the Bend airport on Google Earth it appears to be in the vicinity of Larkspur Park or Ponderosa Park.

DSD160011.3 should mean that the point is 11.3NM from DSD (Deschutes Vortac, 44.2528, -121.304) at 160 degrees.  It didn't quite look 4.4NM SW of the bend airport - looked more like 1NM SW of the bend airport in that open field.

Thanks, it makes sense there would be a NOTAM for a drone flying near the airport.
