Voting for new officers, and insurance update?

Is there a plan yet to try to find and vote in new club officers? Is that a requirement to comply with the USHPA insurance?

I think the plan is to get the insurance paperwork in order and then we'll start figuring out the rest at the end of July beginning of August. Nico is busy until then and so is everyone else. I checked on the insurance this morning and it's still in review, nothing more is required at this time.
