Annual update

Is there any news from the club? Updates regarding insurance, sites, membership, officers, financials, future plans etc., etc.?

Hey Heather, thanks for reaching out. No news since our last meeting back in the spring. Still no insurance and no evidence that we will get insurance. Everyone seemed ok leaving everything as is, if they didn't have to volunteer for anything so it's just been at a stand still. It's been kinda nice and simple and seems like everyone had a great summer flying though! We are still keeping up on windsocks and financials as needed. There was a little talk about getting a first aid kit in place at Freedom but I don't think it's happened yet, I'll check on it. If anyone needs/wants anything specific for the sites feel free to reach out. 

We also talked about doing a DAR bbq a while back but nothing came of it so if people want to have a get together over the winter I'm sure we can make that happen.

Hi Jen,

Thanks for your update, and thanks to you, Aaron, Ryan, and Ian for all your volunteer efforts.  An annual meeting would be great to catch up on club stuff, and chat about future plans for the club. I noticed on the membership page for DAR my USHPA membership is listed as expired, but I am current.  Can you please share the login for the member pilot list?

Sorry, I missed this last message before. it's been really busy and I haven't had time to update the list but we appreciate your membership. I will try to get the member list updated soon as I notice some others have joined as well.
